Welcome to Nova Cafe. We serve a variety of dishes featuring Chinese, Thai, and Japanese Hibachi-style flavors. We are a newly opened restaurant co-owned by a brother-and-sister team with a combined 25 years of experience in the food industry; our head chef alone brings 20 years of extensive culinary expertise. We honed our foundational Chinese cooking skills in Brooklyn and traveled extensively to Thailand and Japan to master authentic culinary techniques. By blending these diverse culinary traditions, we have created a menu that offers a truly exceptional dining experience.

Our sauces are made in house and kept in balance — the chili brown sauce behind the wok plates, the coconut base under every curry, the ginger-soy glaze brushed on before a teriyaki leaves the pass. Mild or fiery, the seasoning is meant to carry the ingredients rather than cover them.
